| I started this blog because I felt that I had accumulated a wealth (pun intended) of information on personal finance and saving money. I have been a single parent and my mother was a Black Belt in frugality. She taught me that needs are different from wants but experience is better than stuff.
My husband and I live in Niagara Falls, Ontario. I lived in Toronto for 30 years so I can compare city living with country/suburban living and the challenges with both. We have a campground here with our two cats. We have three adult children between us.
I will attempt to keep my posts related to finances for everyday life.
